  • When should I go to the ER or Urgent Care versus Convenient Care?
If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or signs of a stroke, you should go to the Emergency Room (ER). Urgent Care is suitable for non-life-threatening but pressing issues like minor fractures, flu symptoms, or sprains. Convenient Care is ideal for minor illnesses or injuries, like colds, ear infections, or mild rashes, when you need quick medical attention without a long wait.

  • What aesthetic services do you offer?
Our aesthetic services are designed to help you look and feel your best, including: Neuromodulator Treatments Microneedling
  • What is Neuromodulator Treatment, and how does it work?
A Neuromodulator Treatment is a non-surgical treatment that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing facial muscles. It is commonly used to treat areas such as forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines.
  • What can I expect during and after a microneedling treatment?
During the treatment, a specialized device creates tiny micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen production. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild prickling or vibration. Afterward, you may experience some redness and slight swelling, similar to a mild sunburn, which typically subsides within 24–72 hours. Results develop gradually as your skin heals and regenerates, revealing a smoother, firmer, and more radiant complexion.
